DIRECTOR 
OF MAIN STREET PROGRAMS

The Director of Main Street Programs is responsible for facilitating strong and outcome-based working relationships with community stakeholders in order to continue development of our nationally accredited WACC Main Street Program. The DMSP is directly accountable for active and professional promotion of the designated downtown program area, working to garner member engagement and momentum with business leaders and property owners. This position also requires effective development, execution, and oversight of short- and long-term programming goals and must continue to build strong connections between Main Street businesses, leaders, city officials and other entities as appropriate.

The Chamber team prioritizes and requires a high level of accountability, independence, strategic collaboration, and interactive teamwork, to support our organizational mission. Successful candidates will demonstrate a proven ability to communicate effectively and influence others in a strong and positive manner.
