Kay Mathews, Interim President/CEO and Vice President of Finance and Operations
Kay serves as the Vice President of Finance & Operations at the Winona Area Chamber. As VP of Finance & Operations, Kay is responsible for the financial aspects of the Chamber and oversite of staff, volunteers and internal operations of the organization and staff. Kay also serves as the Financial Manager for Winona Area Industrial Development Association (WAIDA) and Visit Winona. Kay started her Chamber career in Winona in 1993 which gives her the unique ability to assist staff and Members with historical trends and experience.
Kay is a graduate of Viterbo University with a BA in Business Administration and Accounting. Kay has been an avid volunteer with other non-profits; United Way of the Greater Winona Area, American Cancer Society, American Red Cross and served as a Girl Scout Leader for many years.
Kay has been a member of Toastmaster International and has achieved the Competent Toastmaster (CTM), and the Competent Leader (CL) and CTM-Bronze and CTM -Silver.
