Young Professionals Program
Professionals aged 21+ have the opportunity to connect with other area professionals and the Winona community through monthly events focused on social, professional development, and volunteer opportunities or a combination of those areas!
2026 membership is $75/year for each young professional.
Young Professionals Program – Building the Next Generation of Leaders
The Young Professionals program cultivates emerging talent and leadership in our region by connecting early-career professionals and rising leaders through intentional professional development, networking, mentorship, and community engagement. Designed to meet professionals where they are in their career journey, the program builds workplace confidence, leadership capability, and meaningful relationships while strengthening talent retention and community connection. Through targeted learning experiences, structured networking, and service opportunities, participants grow their skills, expand their influence, and become the next generation of business and community leaders in the Winona area.
