Leadership today is not for the faint of heart.

The pace of change is relentless. Expectations are higher than ever. Leaders are navigating pressure, uncertainty, workforce challenges, and the constant demand to innovate and adapt.

That is exactly why the Winona Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to bring back one of our most powerful leadership experiences.

Leader Summit 2026: Breaking Boundaries

This high impact event brings together leaders from across our region for an afternoon designed to challenge thinking, spark new ideas, and equip attendees with the mindset and tools needed to lead what’s next.

Leadership development should not be something we squeeze in when we have time. It is something we invest in because the future of our organizations and our communities depends on it.

Leader Summit is built for leaders who are ready to grow, adapt, and expand what is possible.

A Speaker Lineup Designed to Stretch Your Thinking

This year’s summit features three nationally recognized speakers who each bring a powerful perspective on leadership in today’s world.

Caleb Campbell will challenge leaders to rethink their relationship with pressure. As a West Point graduate, Army officer, and former NFL athlete, Caleb understands high stakes environments. His keynote, The Inner Advantage, helps leaders learn how to grow through pressure instead of being crushed by it while reigniting passion, clarity, and purpose.

Tiana Sanchez brings a bold message about resilience and transformation. Her keynote, The Upside of Failure, explores how setbacks can become fuel for innovation, growth, and leadership breakthroughs. Her message helps leaders and teams embrace change, pivot with confidence, and build cultures that thrive.

Ryan Estis, a globally recognized sales and leadership expert, will deliver practical insight on how organizations can win in a rapidly evolving marketplace. His keynote, Sell for Impact, focuses on value driven leadership, trust building, and the human connections that drive long term growth.

Together, these speakers will challenge attendees to think differently, lead boldly, and break through the limits that hold individuals and organizations back.

Why Leader Summit Matters

Events like this are not just about inspiration in the moment.

They are about creating lasting momentum.

When leaders step away from their daily responsibilities to learn, reflect, and connect with others facing similar challenges, something powerful happens. New ideas emerge. Confidence grows. Teams return to their organizations energized and ready to lead differently.

That is the impact Leader Summit is designed to create.

It is a shared experience that strengthens leaders, teams, and ultimately the entire business community.

An Experience You Will Not Want to Miss

Leader Summit 2026 will take place on Tuesday, April 28 at the Kryszko Ballroom at Winona State University from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with lunch included.

Early Bird tickets are available for $175 through March 13, with regular pricing increasing to $275 after that date.

Organizations looking to invest even more deeply in leadership development can also take advantage of sponsorship opportunities that include tables or tickets for their teams along with strong brand visibility before and during the event.

The Future Belongs to Leaders Who Break Boundaries

The leaders who shape tomorrow are the ones willing to challenge assumptions, rethink old approaches, and expand what is possible.

Leader Summit 2026 is about doing exactly that.

If you are ready to step out of the day to day, gain fresh perspective, and return with renewed momentum for yourself and your team, we invite you to join us.

Breaking Boundaries starts here.
