Come Grow with Us in Leadership Winona!
Updated: Aug 5, 2021
We are gearing up for a robust 2021 Leadership Winona program and know that this will be our best one yet! We will kick things off on October 6th and continue every Wednesday through November 10th with graduation to follow! We are moving off the Chamber property to allow for MORE PARTICIPANTS! YAY! We will be hosting Leadership Winona this fall at the Tandeski Center on the Minnesota State College Southeast campus.
This year will bring some incredible content from 8 awesome presenters. In addition, we will be enjoying a full day of tours and one on one attention from our legislators. We will be updating this page with awesome videos from our presenters and our event flyer. We look forward to having you come grow with us!
Moving the series off the Chamber property so more people can join is the part I liked. A run of Wednesday presenters plus a full day with legislators is a lot of sitting still. Between those long blocks I take a few slow minutes of tai chi walking.
Leadership and teamwork are essential for tackling complex challenges. Between sessions, taking a strategic mental break with Roaring Knight Fight is a fun way to practice decision-making.
The collaborative focus of this leadership initiative really highlights how teams tackle difficult challenges together, which also reminds me of the strategic teamwork and precision needed in games like Deltarune Fight Simulator.
This leadership program in Winona sounds like a wonderful opportunity for community engagement and professional growth. Exploring complex decision-making and group dynamics is always insightful, much like what you can experience with Class of '09 Online where narrative choices shape every interaction.
